SHIPPING RESTRICTION
Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within a reasonable time period as stipulated herein. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
WHEN DO WE DELIVER
All domestic orders will be delivered as per the timelines provided under the product details. For further information on the order status will be provided by our customer care upon request. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer at all times.
Orders placed outside of working hours Monday-Friday (10:30am-6pm), after the cut-off time and/or during any IN public holiday will be deemed placed on the first IN working day following the order’s submission. Delivery timelines are estimates, see further details below:
Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season and bank holidays — during this time, 24hour delivery and 90 minutes delivery may not be available. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
SHIPPING TERMS
International Orders
- For International customers, shipment will be done subject to the courier company norms.
- Shipping Charges will be calculated at the checkout as per the weight of the order.
Trendy Local Enterprise is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment for shipment to the courier company 2-3 working days.
INSURANCE
Trendy Local Enterprise insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Trendy Local Enterprise and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
TAXES & DUTIES
For International Customers
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
